Biography

Lisa is an accomplished facilitator with a unique ability to connect with her participants in a fun and engaging manner. Her vibrant, interactive delivery style allows her to ensure that participants take the lessons from her classroom back to the workplace and apply them with success on a daily basis.

Lisa’s success in the classroom stems in part from her 18 years of operational experience in all divisions of the Hospitality Industry, working primarily with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Sheraton and Quality Suites.  Her exceptional organization skills and training abilities have placed her with the opening teams of multiple Hyatt Resort Hotels in Nevada, Maryland and California.

Upon leaving daily hotel operations, Lisa joined the team at Signature World Wide Inc. as a National Hospitality Training Account Manager. There she maintained a 72-hotel portfolio, including properties from the portfolios of Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Loews Hotels and Resorts, Intercontinental Hotel Groups, Starwood Hotels and Best Western International. She also worked with a number of boutique and independently-managed hotel and restaurant properties.  Additionally, she was responsible for the development and delivery of customer service and sales training for a diverse set of industries, including hospitality, restaurant, casino, condo-hotel resorts, multi-family/apartment communities, heavy equipment, storage facilities and call center clients.  From Signature, she joined Chevy Chase Bank in Washington, D.C. as a Star Performer Training Officer, where she facilitated sales, service and mortgage materials.  Lisa remained in the financial industry for more than five years, also working with Access Group and Wells Fargo Mortgage.

Lisa holds certificates from Omega Performance in Video Coaching, Building a Winning Sales Team and Establishing Customer Relationships.
