Biography
Erin is an accomplished training and development professional with expertise in hospitality, call center, insurance, casino/gaming, heavy equipment and multi-family housing industries. Erin’s success includes more than 19 years of expertise in classroom facilitation, instructional design and performance consulting in the areas of sales, customer service and interpersonal communication. Her unique strengths include designing, developing, delivering and evaluating fun and interactive learning events for diverse audiences and managing a portfolio of clients with distinct business goals.
In her 19 years as a training professional, Erin has consulted to develop and deliver dynamic training initiatives for hospitality giants like Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Choice Hotels International.
In addition, over the last 5 years, Erin’s stellar reputation has generated referrals resulting in partnerships with Fresh Revenues and the United States Navy, Principal Financial Group, State Farm Insurance and LifeLock.
In her 14 years as a Training Account Manager and Instructional Designer with Signature Worldwide, Inc., Erin was continuously selected for exclusive assignments given to only the top performers in the organization. She was chosen as 1 of only 2 field trainers responsible for delivering Radisson’s Yes I Can! Trainer Certification workshops to more than 50 of Radisson’s newly branded properties in order to position them for success within the brand. She was honored with the company’s prestigious “Trainer of the Year” award from a field of more than 35 trainers. She was consistently selected for specialized assignments to serve as designer, pilot trainer, and to lead train-the-trainer events for the company’s most essential projects.
Prior to transitioning into hospitality training, Erin spent 6 years in hotel operations working with management organizations whose brands were from industry leaders like Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Choice Hotels International and was frequently called upon to assist in rehabilitating struggling properties.
Erin has been actively involved with the American Society for Training and Development, serving on both the Networking and Communications committees.
